# Logging in to Carpay

Steps for logging in to the Carpay dealer site using a web browser, including password recovery and troubleshooting tips.

## Logging in to Carpay

You can access your Carpay dealer site directly through a web browser.

To log in:

1. Open a web browser on your computer or mobile device.
2. Go to [https://dealers.carpay.com/login](https://dealers.carpay.com/login)
3. Enter your **email address** and **password**.
4. Select **Log In**.

Once logged in, you’ll have access to your dealer dashboard, payments, and reporting tools.

## Forgot Your Password?

If you can’t remember your password:

1. Select **Lost Password?** on the login page.
2. Follow the prompts to reset your password.
3. Log in again once your password has been updated.

## Having Trouble Logging In?

If you’re unable to access your account, make sure:

- You’re using the correct email address
- Your password is entered correctly
- Your dealership account has been fully activated
