# Accepting Carpay payments in Wayne Reaves

How dealers using Wayne Reaves accept Carpay customer payments into their DMS.

## Payments that need further review

The _irregularities_ that stop payments from automatically reconciling and require your review are:

- Side note balances
- Late fee balances
- Pickup payment balances
- Partial payments

## How to accept _irregular_ payments

Inside of Wayne Reaves, select **Take Payments** or **Batch Payments**.

You will see a pop-up that states there are **Online payments that need approval**, select **yes**.

You will see a list of payments that need approval. **Select the payments** and click **Take Payment**.

This will then bring up the customer's account. Select **Take Payment** once more.

Allocate the payment accordingly, then click **Save Payment**.

The payment has now been successfully recorded from Carpay into Wayne Reaves.
